SUMMARY:URBIS The Smart Cities Meetup 2026: PowerHUB is heading to Brno
DESCRIPTION:\nSmart, resilient, and sustainable cities are no longer just a vision of the future, but a necessity of today. Join us at URBIS The Smart Cities Meetup 2026, a key national platform for sharing innovations among local governments, experts, and technology partners. PowerHUB will, of course, be there!\nAt the beginning of June, the Brno Exhibition Centre will come alive with innovation. URBIS 2026 is not just a standard conference or a purely technological fair; it is a place where the real needs of Czech and European municipalities meet practical and sustainable solutions. The event aims to show that innovation and effective development are accessible to municipalities of all sizes.\n\nWhat awaits you at URBIS 2026?\nThis year’s edition views urban development through the unified lens of resilience and economic sustainability. The program is packed with case studies, best-practice sharing, and discussion panels on topics closely related to our work at PowerHUB:\n\n\nInnovative infrastructure and energy: Community energy, efficient water and waste management, and climate change adaptation.\n\n\nDigitalization and city management: Utilizing open data, evidence-based decision making, digital tools, and artificial intelligence in public administration services.\n\n\nSmart and sustainable mobility: Planning the transportation of the future with a focus on long-term stability and the quality of life of residents.\n\n\nSecurity and crisis preparedness: Integrating security elements into the Smart City concept and implementing technologies to protect public order.\n\n\n\nMeet with PowerHUB\nFor the PowerHUB team, URBIS represents an ideal opportunity for networking and connecting our technological and innovative solutions with those who need them most in practice—representatives of cities and municipalities. Whether you are looking for consultations on implementing smart mobility, are interested in funding opportunities for innovative projects, or are searching for a reliable partner to transform your region, we will be on-site ready to discuss cooperation possibilities.\n
