In March 2025, Munich will become the hub of European urban mobility. EIT Urban Mobility is hosting a two-day partner meeting – Community Days 2025 – an exclusive, invitation-only event that will bring together around 250 participants from all over Europe. PowerHUB will be there.

Two days of sharing, inspiration and networking

Community Day 2025 will offer an intensive two-day programme designed to strengthen the community spirit of EIT Urban Mobility and provide a space for discussion, collaboration and forging new partnerships.

• On the first day (18 March), a series of plenary sessions and interactive workshops will take place as part of the main event. Participants can expect a rich networking during breaks as well as an evening social programme in a cocktail reception format with a more relaxed, informal character.
• The second day (19 March) continues with a morning programme of breakout sessions, accompanied by lunch. The afternoon will be devoted to experiential activities – a choice of themed excursions and interactive workshops, inspired by last year’s format of tram and walking tours of urban mobility.

Strategic objectives of the event

Community Day is not just about sharing experiences – it is a key tool for:

• Building a strong sense of belonging across the EIT Urban Mobility community.
• Making the impact of smart and sustainable mobility partnerships visible.
• Connecting with new stakeholders who can bring additional value to the ecosystem.

PowerHUB will participate in the event as an active partner, ready to share know-how from pilot projects, technology acceleration and support.
