Angelika is German-Ecuadorian, born in Bad Reichenhall. Dipl. Ing. Material Science and diploma thesis at the Fraunhofer Institute of Non-Destructive Testing in Saarbrücken.
For several years she was responsible for international publishing as Editor-in-Chief of Carl Hanser Verlag. For more than 15 years she worked as BMW Group head of department in different divisions. At BMW Group she was mainly involved with Corporate Communication of R&D, Production, Purchasing, Sales & Marketing, Transformation Management, Leadership and International Qualification Programs.
She provides consulting services in the following areas: development of realistic visions / corporate strategies, corporate communications and marketing, networking and presentation skills, change and transformation management.
She is living in Munich and is engaged in environmental protection on Galapagos, innovation, art, and design.
