Jasmin Kraus is passionate about supporting founders to succeed in today’s world of many ideas. Her background is in Business Administration and Informatics and during her bachelor’s and master’s studies, she worked for a management consulting company for a total of four years. The focus of her projects was on projects within the IT departments of large corporations, mainly in the automotive
sector. Within these projects she gained practical experience in the areas of project and process management as well as change management.
Parallel to her work as a consultant, she worked on her own entrepreneurial experience. She took the role of COO IN a sustainable fashion start-up AND was responsible for the areas of organization, process, and project management as well as internal and external communication. Furthermore, she extended her knowledge and experience in the areas of marketing and branding (mainly social media and SEM/SEO) and web development within different projects for SMEs.
She has also started her own business with Enjance in the field of coaching and
mentoring for founders, startups, and innovation teams. Based on her previous startup experience, she was able to experience first-hand the emotional rollercoaster one lives through when founding – which now helps her to better
emphasize with her clients in the role of a coach or mentor.
